Meticulous, analytical and highly organised, you’re someone who takes pride in getting complex fiduciary work right. You combine sound judgement with discretion, integrity and strong risk awareness, while confidently managing multiple estates and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

Take ownership of complex deceased estates from reporting through to final distribution and closure. You’ll prepare Liquidation and Distribution Accounts, estate duty calculations and tax documentation, liaise with SARS and the Master of the High Court, and manage estates involving offshore assets and foreign beneficiaries. You’ll enjoy the technical depth, autonomy and satisfaction of bringing intricate local and cross-border estates to compliant conclusion.

Join an established global wealth management firm serving affluent individuals and families through sophisticated wealth, fiduciary and family office solutions. Collaboration, excellence and a client-first mindset sit at the heart of the culture, with access to specialist expertise across multiple disciplines. You’ll be based in lovely offices in Cape Town CBD and will have the option to work from home 2 days per week after your probation period.

What you’ll need

An LLB, CFP® or STEP qualification/Advanced Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration, plus at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience finalising complex deceased estates. HNW/UHNW estate experience, strong estate duty and tax knowledge, offshore estate exposure and direct dealings with SARS, attorneys, conveyancers, banks and investment companies are essential. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
