Accessibility statement

This statement applies to Family Office Jobs. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this job board.

How accessible this website is

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts do not yet fully meet the standard. The parts we know about are listed below.

What we have done

Colour contrast. All shipped colour palettes meet AA contrast, enforced in the build.
Keyboard access. Lists that can be dragged can also be reordered with the keyboard, with each move announced.
Page structure. Every page has a skip link and a single main landmark.
Forms. Form fields have labels. Validation errors are linked to the field they belong to, announced, and not signalled by colour alone.
Images. Images have text alternatives, and images uploaded through the theme builder can be described by whoever runs this board.
Motion. Animation is reduced automatically when the operating system asks for it.

Known problems

We know about the following and are working on them.

Colour contrast on tinted cards. A category label on a highlighted job card can fall slightly below the required contrast, to a measured minimum of 3.96:1 against a required 4.5:1.
Location search suggestions. The location search box announces its suggestion list less clearly than it should to some screen readers.
Imported job descriptions. Job descriptions imported from an employer's own system keep that system's formatting, which is sometimes structured poorly. We cannot correct the source.
Some administrative screens. Parts of the employer and board-owner administration areas have not yet been brought to the same standard as the public pages.
Colour contrast in the theme builder. The theme builder warns whoever runs this board when a colour would be unreadable on its background, but does not stop them saving it.
Headings. Some pages on this board carry more than one top-level heading, which makes it harder to tell where the page begins when navigating by headings.

This job board is run on the Job Boardly platform. This statement covers the platform. It does not cover:

Content added by the board owner. Text, images, documents and links added by whoever runs this job board.
Custom code. Custom HTML, CSS or JavaScript, and any third-party embed or tracking code the board owner has added.
Third-party content. Job adverts supplied by employers, and any external site linked from here.

How we tested

This statement was last reviewed on August 20, 2026. The site is tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
