About the Role:
In this role, you will support high-net-worth clients and senior Trust Officers at Baird Trust by managing a book of business, ensuring the highest standard of service, and facilitating collaboration across functional areas.
This position offers flexibility with 4 days per week in our downtown Louisville office and 1 day remote.
The Impact Youβll Make:
- Administer a portfolio of client accounts, providing comprehensive trust management and exceptional service.
- Assist senior Trust Officers in managing complex accounts and addressing sophisticated client requirements.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and support the execution of account transactions, distributions, and gifting processes.
- Maintain meticulous records and assist clients in accessing online account resources.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics with precision.
- Contribute to special projects, new initiatives, and continuous process improvements within the department.
- Identify technical issues and communicate appropriately, referring clients to subject matter experts as needed.
What Youβll Bring to Baird:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary degree strongly preferred.
- A minimum of three yearsβ experience in banking, finance, or a related securities industry preferred.
- Proficiency in trust administration, estate settlement, and pertinent systems preferred (TrustDesk experience considered an asset).
- Demonstrated excellence in client service, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively, manage confidential information, and handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
