We are searching for a Trust Officer to join a global family office to join their team and support an international client portfolio.
Job description
This role is ideally suited to an organised and proactive trust professional looking to further develop their career within trust and corporate services.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of trust and company administration, working closely with experienced professionals across multiple business areas to deliver high-quality client service and integrated solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Providing day-to-day trust and company administration support across an international client portfolio
- Assisting with new business onboarding, client acceptance procedures, and compliance requirements
- Preparing and maintaining trust and corporate documentation
- Supporting payment processing and general administrative activities
- Liaising with banks, legal advisers, and other professional intermediaries
- Assisting with compliance and corporate governance processes
- Working closely with internal teams and departments to support client requirements
- Supporting the delivery of efficient and high-quality client service
- Contributing to the ongoing development of client relationships and growth opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within trust and corporate services
- Good understanding of trust and company administration
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
- STEP qualification or part qualification
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of general compliance and corporate governance processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive and client-focused approach
