We're looking for a positive, organised and customer-focused Assistant Associate to join our Private Wealth & Family Office team. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll support the administration of trust and company structures, help deliver exceptional client service and gain hands-on experience while benefiting from training, mentoring and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the team with a range of administrative and client service activities
• Assisting with client onboarding and the collection of due diligence documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring files are up to date
• Preparing documents, forms and correspondence using established templates
• Supporting transactions, banking instructions and reporting activities
• Providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Learning about trust, company and fiduciary administration through hands-on experience and training

What We're Looking For

• A good academic background (A Levels or equivalent)
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and helping others
