To support the Family Office in managing tax compliance, planning, and advisory across personal, corporate, and cross-border structures, ensuring efficiency and alignment with regulatory standards.
Responsibilitie(s):
- Handle tax compliance for Family Office entities, trusts, and individuals.
- Assist with preparation and filing of tax returns (personal and corporate).
- Monitor changes in tax laws affecting family wealth management.
- Advise on cross-border tax implications of international investments, including double tax treaties and withholding taxes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reforms in relevant jurisdictions.
- Liaise with tax authorities and support audits, assessments, and related correspondence.
Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in tax practice, with exposure to private wealth or family office tax.
- Knowledge of personal income tax, estate duties, trusts, and international tax principles.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and international tax frameworks.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Research and analytical skills.
