The Role

We're seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join our Private Wealth team. You'll be responsible for administering a portfolio of trust, company and foundation structures, acting as a key point of contact for clients and supporting more complex fiduciary matters.

Working closely with Managers and Senior Managers, you'll help ensure client deliverables are completed accurately, compliantly and to the highest standards, while also supporting the development of junior team members.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Administer a portfolio of private wealth and family office client structures
  • Preparing and reviewing client documentation, including resolutions, minutes and agreements
  • Supporting client onboarding, KYC reviews and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Monitoring transactions and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across jurisdictions
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client service and support business growth
About You

You'll have:

  • Solid experience in fiduciary, trust or company administration.
  • Strong knowledge of trust and company structures.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Ideally, you'll be studying towards or hold a professional qualification such as STEP, CGIUKI or equivalent.
