Ready to take the next step in your fiduciary career?

We're looking for an Associate to join our Private Wealth & Family Office team. This role is ideal for someone who has gained some initial experience in trust administration or fiduciary services and is ready to build their technical knowledge and take on greater responsibility.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll support the administration of client structures, client onboarding, compliance activities and day-to-day operational processes, while developing the skills needed for future progression.

What you'll do:

• Support the administration of trust and company structures
• Assist with client onboarding and KYC due diligence
• Prepare documentation, correspondence and payment instructions
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Liaise with banks, advisors and service providers
• Support billing, time recording and other operational activities
• Work towards a professional qualification such as STEP or CGIUKI

What we're looking for:

• Experience in fiduciary, trust or corporate administration
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• A willingness to learn, develop and build a long-term career in fiduciary services
