The Dalio Family Office (DFO) supports Barbara and Ray Dalio and their family in their ventures, investments, and philanthropic efforts under Dalio Philanthropies, which includes OceanX, Dalio Education, Endless Network, and the Beijing Dalio Foundation. The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. This position will be based in our Singapore office.
Position Summary:
The Program Associate will support the Senior Program Officer in Dalio Philanthropies’ Singapore Office to advance philanthropic grantmaking in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. While the portfolio will emphasize ocean related grantmaking, the role will also engage with a variety of community partners and organizations working in in Singapore and across Asia. The Program Associate will work closely and collaboratively with a diverse set of stakeholders, including a principal; Dalio Philanthropies’ ocean focused operating programs; and programmatic and operational teams based in the United States. Success in this role requires strong partnership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, globally connected philanthropic environment.

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset, and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and CPF.
