GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position offers the successful candidate the unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across the bank from Wealth Advisory, Front Office, Business Managers, Compliance, and Operations to develop and manage a suite of initiatives and service offerings that differentiates BOS’ value proposition and drives business growth for the bank.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsible for the management of the product (Insurance or any designated product) as the Product Manager.
- Partner Family Office and Wealth Advisory (“FWA”) team to support development of the strategy and roadmaps for the products and service offerings.
- Own the product papers and any relevant policies and procedures and responsible to ensure these are updated timely.
- Manage the product from end-to-end, ensuring strategic and ad-hoc initiatives are implemented in the most efficient manner to meet business needs whilst adhering to regulations and policies.
- Represent FFWA as the Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) into workgroups and forums.
- Prepare and update senior management on risk trends and statistics, product pipelines and financial reports for proper management oversight.
- Collaborate with and provide product related end-to-end support such as trainings, marketing events, management of product webpage, and where applicable coordination with OCBC group for One Group collaboration and so on, to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and office software.
- Data visualisation and Power BI
- Prior experience as a Product (or Project) Manager with a private bank, and especially in a family office context will be an advantage.
- Mature individual who is structured and thrives in a face-paced and diverse work environment.
- Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work well with people across different functions and levels to get things done.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and attention to details.
- Good understanding of common financial services and products.
