The Opportunity
Our client, a privately owned Australian-based investment and family office enterprise, is seeking an Graphic Designer to join their Design team. With operations spanning across corporate entities and multiple family households, they have built a strong reputation for long-term value creation, operational excellence, and a collaborative workplace culture.
In this role, you will create and format visually compelling digital and graphic content that strengthens brand's visual identity. Your role involves translating core brand messages into engaging promotional materials across diverse channels and platforms. By strategically using color, layout, imagery, and typography, you will ensure all designs are innovative, on-brand, and optimized to drive audience engagement and support global customer growth.
Work Set Up
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6.00 AM – 3.00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What You’ll Do
- Deliver impactful designs across digital and print channels, ensuring creativity shines through every touchpoint.
- Transform creative direction into compelling visuals by applying brand guidelines with precision and flair.
- Craft branded assets for events, Point of Sale, and print materials, including preparing flawless print-ready files.
- Design eye-catching promotional materials such as catalogues, flyers, posters, ads, and in-store collateral that drive engagement.
- Enhance imagery through expert photo editing, including cropping, retouching, compositing, and color correction for web and social platforms.
- Support multi-channel digital campaigns with graphics that captivate audiences and amplify brand presence.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teams and departments, contributing to projects that achieve organizational goals.
- Provide creative solutions and cost-effective recommendations in partnership with colleagues and business stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with management, keeping them informed on project progress and deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Champion the organization’s vision and values, bringing them to life through every design element.
Key Criteria
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Industry expertise in beauty, personal care, or similar Millennial/Gen Z-focused markets; experience in retail or product-based companies preferred.
- Degree or Diploma in Design, Communications, or related field.
- Proven ability to create graphics for print and digital media across multiple platforms, with strong understanding of design processes and retail environments.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and ability to develop creative concepts.
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), plus excellent file management.
- Retouching, video editing, Figma design, animation, and motion graphics in Adobe After Effects is desirable
- Ability to design visual solutions addressing hierarchy, typography, aesthetics, and composition.
- Strong verbal/written skills, ability to follow briefs, work autonomously in fast-paced environments, and build positive relationships
