Financial Administrator at Blink C.V. - 16-24 hours per week


Blink is an international single-family office of impact investment and technology professionals. Blink invests in highly impactful investment funds while at the same time developing new foundations and initiatives to support the founding family’s impact ambition. Blink has offices in Amsterdam (HQ), Copenhagen, Barcelona and in the San Francisco area. Blink’s investment scope is global, with a focus on East Africa and Central America.


We are looking for an all-round, hands-on Financial Administrator (for 16-24 hours per week) to join and support

the Family Office finance team (based in Amsterdam). In this position, you are part of a team of 4 colleagues where you will work closely with our Financial Controllers.


As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices for multiple (international) entities within our organization. You will support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks and help ensure smooth financial operations.

The successful candidate will be a team player and be able to work independently. Accounting administrative experience is a prerequisite and familiarity with accounting software (Exact online) is extremely useful.


Responsibilities to include:

  • Execution and maintaining of the accounting administration tasks of various entities
  • Bookkeeping activities  
  • Process and book incoming invoices into the accounting system and execution of payments
  • Verify invoices for accuracy, completeness
  • Allocate costs correctly across entities, departments, or projects
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Ad hoc assistance to the Financial controllers and CEO


The following requirements are considered to be essential:

  • MBO+/Bachelor level education, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Exact)
  • Good communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Available for 16–24 hours per week (flexible scheduling possible).
  • Knowledge of (Dutch) VAT
  • High level of personal integrity and discretion


We offer an interesting position in a dynamic international environment. The role will be based in Amsterdam in our newly renovated sustainable office at the Singel. A free, healthy lunch will be provided on working days at the office.
