Corient is seeking a Family Office, Project Management Real Estate Intern to join their team this summer!
Start date: June 9th
End Date: August 8th
- Assist in managing property projects, ensuring compliance with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Review and manage contracts, invoices, and change order discussions.
- Utilize property management software (Estate Space) for extensive data entry and management.
- Use cloud software to standardize and maintain high-end properties.
- Manage and coordinate calendars for property management activities.
Requirements:
- Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
This position is nonexempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay for this position is $25per hour. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
