CRM Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Assistant to join our Family Office team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and client servicing support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver administrative support for allocated clients, including preparing banking, investment, formation/termination forms, reports, payment instructions, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist CRMs with client servicing and represent them when appropriate.
  • Prepare data and presentation packs for client/board meetings; attend meetings and assist with taking notes for minute-writing.
  • Capture new client information and support onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to handle queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Facilitate bank account opening/closure and ensure payment workflows are complete.
  • Conduct ongoing risk screening and assist with compliance and due diligence checks.
  • Prepare client correspondence and gather information from relevant sources.
  • Support ongoing client monitoring, including reviews and fee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with group principles, regulatory requirements, and standards.
    Assist with day-to-day operational tasks for large clients and support quarterly WIP reporting, invoicing and support CRM with debtors’ management.
  • Assist CRM on business development initiatives.
  • Ensure all transactions pertaining to the management of the clients’ affairs are executed timeously, efficiently and accounted for correctly.
  • Perform other duties as required, including ad hoc projects. 

Skills & Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements preferred.
