We are looking for a Family Office Concierge for a Family Office in Tokyo, Japan, with a salary on offer of ¥5,000,000-¥6,000,000 per year.
 
Job description
 
This role will be deeply embedded in the day-to-day operations of some the Principal’s residence and requires a service-driven individual who understands the standards, confidentiality and flexibility expected in a private household environment.
 
The candidate will be trusted to ensure the smooth running of the household activities and personal arrangements while maintaining absolute discretion.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily household operations and logistics
• Act as the primary liaison between the Principal’s, senior management, household staff and external providers
• Arrange dining, entertainment, cultural activities and personal appointments
• Supervise vendors and contractors (cleaning, maintenance, repairs, deliveries, etc.)
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
• Handle sensitive personal and financial information with the highest level of confidentiality

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a private household or Family Office environment in a Butler or Concierge role
• Strong understanding of household operations and service standards
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Japanese fluency required, English proficiency strong beneficial 
• Strong knowledge of Tokyo-based services and vendors
