You'll work closely with senior partners and the wider team to deepen client relationships and coordinate the many moving parts of a family's affairs.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in Office tools and comfort coordinating across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several workstreams with precision.
  • A high degree of autonomy paired with strong team collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Discretion and reliability, given the sensitive and personal nature of client matters.
  • A structured, service-oriented mindset with genuine interest in the family office business model.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to office management and general Family Office operations.
  • Plan and execute client events, from guest list management to venue and catering coordination and post-event follow-up.
  • Support second residency and citizenship coordination, including expatriation, relocation, and liaison with government and legal contacts.
  • Assist with philanthropic strategy, foundation and trust structuring, charitable giving coordination, and impact reporting.
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle services for clients, including travel, accommodation, schooling and healthcare access, and personal request coordination.
  • Support consolidated portfolio reporting, multi-bank statement aggregation, and coordination with tax advisors.
  • Contribute to family governance and succession planning coordination, working alongside legal, tax, and trustee counterparts.
