Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair, and small construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Log and track maintenance requests, technical works, and minor projects.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants, managing schedules, deliverables, and project timelines.
- Maintain organized records, including contracts, warranties, permits, drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Assist in obtaining quotations, evaluating proposals, and coordinating vendor appointments.
- Track service agreements, ensure compliance, and monitor project budgets.
- Prepare and maintain status reports, project updates, and technical documentation for management review.
- Organize meetings, property inspections, and other project-related activities.
- Ensure health & safety regulations, building codes, and insurance requirements are met.
- Support senior management with correspondence, reports, and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related discipline) will be considered an advantage but is not required.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Proven experience in facilities management, construction coordination, property administration, or a related field
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage priorities independently
- Familiarity with construction processes, technical drawings, and project documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
