Group Chief Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced Group’s Chief Accountant to join our family office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and control the accounting and tax accounting of the company group in accordance with the legislation of Cyprus and international standards
• Develop and implement accounting policies, methods, and regulations
• Prepare and submit accounting, tax, and statistical reports on time
• Monitor the correctness and timeliness of tax and fee calculations and payments
• Interact with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants; support audits
• Manage the accounting service and coordinate the work of employees
• Analyze the financial and economic activities of the company; prepare financial reports for management
• Ensure the safety of accounting documentation and organize internal controls
Requirements:
• University degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• At least 5 years of experience as a chief accountant in international companies
• Excellent knowledge of Cyprus accounting and tax legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Confident use of accounting software (1C, SAP, QuickBooks, Esoft, etc.)
• Experience in successfully passing tax and conduct audits
• Skills in management accounting and financial analysis
• High degree of responsibility, attention to detail, and an analytical mind
• Possession of professional certificates (ACCA,CPA, etc.) will be an advantage
• Excellent communication in English and Russian
