Position Summary
Seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support the Founder and manage office operations. This role requires executive-level administrative support, calendar and travel coordination, and office oversight for a team of 10 employees.
Key Responsibilities
— Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and communications
— Oversee office operations, vendors, and property management
— Coordinate travel, events, and expense reporting
Qualifications
— Minimum 3 years supporting C-suite executives
— Strong organizational and communication skills
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collaborative tools preferred
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $75,000 to $115,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
