We are open to filling this position in our Houston, TX or Miami, FL location

Manages a client base comprised of existing, and prospective ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients. Oversees the retention and growth of assigned client group, through a defined, structured, consistent service and sales model. Provides advice-driven solutions that solidify current relationships, while exploring and capturing additional opportunities.

  • Cultivates and manages deep, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as their trusted advisor and navigating the clients’ complex financial needs.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique family dynamics, financial goals and philanthropic aspirations through deep assessment and recapping annually with a client letter.
  • Ensures development and implementation of customized wealth management strategies for UHNW clients.
  • Develops tailored meeting agendas with proactive, targeted advice and a relationship timeline to fulfill client goals in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Reviews individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients; anticipates and creates opportunities for enhancing the client relationships.
  • Places emphasis on relationship building and participates in development of new and integrated solutions to client needs. Brings in experts when appropriate and close the sales. Ensures smooth delivery of new communicates emerging needs.
  • Structures and negotiates complex loans within the authorized lending limits and ensures credit quality.
  • Provides financial services to clients, including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
  • Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of excellence.
  • Incorporates digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the client experience.

The successful candidate will benefit from having the following competencies:

  • Expertise in financial analysis and client servicing, private and commercial lending and/or leasing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition and financing, usually acquired through formal education and experience is required. Knowledge of investments, trust and financial consulting concepts is necessary to identify cross selling opportunities.
  • Skills in negotiation, leadership and sales are necessary to develop the client and prospect relationships and a partner network.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
