Corporate Lawyer - Family Office

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the in-house legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing legal matters related to corporate structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance, supporting both local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and corporate resolutions
• Advise on corporate structuring, company formation, and governance matters
• Support real estate transactions, acquisitions, and investment activities
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus and international legal and regulatory frameworks
• Liaise with external advisors, regulators, and service providers
• Provide legal guidance to management on strategic decisions

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB) and qualification to practice law in Cyprus
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or transactional law
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and international structures
• Experience in corporate services, law firms, or family offices is highly desirable
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Greek or other languages will be considered an advantage)
