Description

The Cerity Partners Family Office is seeking a driven, team-oriented Client Service Associate to support and grow with our team. In this role, you will partner with Advisors and internal specialists to help deliver family office services to UHNW individuals and families. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and is passionate about developing a career in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities

 

Client & Team Support

  • Provide exceptional service and foster trusted client relationships, exceeding client expectations
  • Diligently track and organize client requests, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Handle general administrative support (mailings, messenger services, scanning, faxing, etc.)
  • Act as a backup to the office Administrative Assistant

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both external and internal team members at all levels
  • Maintain and update calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and booking travel arrangements as needed
  • Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls in a professional manner

Project Management & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal team members on various tasks and long-term initiatives, from daily account management to tax and planning projects
  • Assist in the preparation of client meeting materials and ensure follow-through on all action items
  • Coordinate with clients’ external advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to track and organize all pertinent documents and information

Process & Technology:

  • Manage and update the firm’s CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up on tasks
  • Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel experience a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Easily picks up new technologies and systems

Experience & Education:

  • 2+ years of experience, in wealth management a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
