Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor with demonstrated financial planning and client management experience to join the FOS team in proactively supporting the complex wealth management needs of our UHNW clients and their families ($25M+). The Client Advisor will be an instrumental member of the client relationship team in analyzing, developing, and implementing comprehensive financial plans and overall wealth management strategy. Working alongside our highly experienced Lead Relationship Managers (LRM), the Client Advisor will be in frequent and direct communication with the clients.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with LRMs in the preparation, delivery and implementation of wealth strategies.
• Coordinate with clients’ network of professionals, in the implementation of estate, income tax, investment, insurance, and executive compensation planning.
• Contribute to strategic planning discussions involving multi-generational wealth transfer and legacy preservation.
• Research various financial, investment, tax, and estate planning issues.
• Review of quarterly and ad hoc client performance reports, utilizing proprietary software.
Required Qualifications:
• CFP® designation.
• Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Financial planning, with a focus on UHNW clients.
• Knowledge of complex wealth management strategies (i.e., estate planning and trust administration, tax planning, inheritance and legacy planning, charitable and philanthropic strategies, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to synthesize complex Financial data.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary wealth management environment.
• Familiarity with family ofice structures and multi-generational planning.
• Proficient in financial reporting software and AI tools – eMoney, Tamarac, Salesforce, Microsoft Ofice, Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT.

The approximate pay range for this position is $97,692 to $150,000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
