Join the Client Accounting Services (CAS) team to help run our high net worth and family office portion of the practice. This group is responsible for administering the accounting records for individuals and family members’ financial, tax, business and personal objectives. This group typically interfaces with family-owned operating companies. These companies invest in commercial real estate, private businesses and third-party managed funds.

How You Will Contribute:
- Experience working as a controller for a family office or maintain records for high net worth individuals. You will be responsible for managing a team that performs the following:
- Daily processing
- Record and reconcile investment activity
- Maintaining unfunded commitment schedules
- Prepare month end close
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for companies and individuals
- Working closely with the tax family office group to help in their preparation of tax returns for 1065 (partnership), 1040 (individual), 1041 (fiduciary), 990/990PF (foundations), 1120 (corp./Scorp), 709 (gift), 1099’s.
- Review of responses to Federal and various state notices.
About YOU!
- CPA License required.
- Experience with Intacct preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in public accounting industry, preferably at a mid-market firm with a focus on family office and high net worth individuals with average asset range $50mil – $300 mil, up to 1 billion.
- Demonstrated ability to run a team servicing HNW/family office.
- Passion for client service and an entrepreneurial mindset
- DAILY ACCESS TO RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to travel to and from client locations and our office locations
- Strong collaboration skills and desire to work as a team

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal salary alignment, market data, and the candidate’s qualifications- including, but not limited to, specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, and relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, JD). The salary range estimated below is inclusive of all departments within the Firm, and offered salaries may vary within the given range depending on the specific department. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $100,000 - $155,000, not including discretionary annual bonus and other competitive benefits.
