The mission of the Chief Operating and Financial Officeris to coordinate with the executives and project stakeholders for the delivery of real estate construction & development projects in diversified domains such as residential, commercial, industrial & green energy parks. This is an exciting journey, and we are looking to bring abord an experienced professional that will help us assess, plan, execute and monitors the risks on the projects, end-to-end, continuously challenging the other stakeholders and the existing processes to improve overall efficiency and quality of the project.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project leader in front of our top management and shareholders by transforming the high-level business objectives and needs into a structured project plan and driving it to successful implementation.
  • Business coordinator on the day-to-day operational activities in relation to the other project’ stakeholders - internal departments (legal, accounting, administrative) and external consultants (technical experts in construction, fiscal experts, etc), to ensure an end-to-end smooth project execution
  • Analyze the available business cases from financial point of view by managing and performing the due-diligence process and preparing the conclusions to support the management into a final decision.
  • Prepare the overall project financethat would support the business development and growth, including the investment strategy (funding sources, banking, budgets, and financial projections…)
  • Review and automate the process for monthly reporting, build any ad-hoc management reports
  • Drive the related procurement process by collecting the detailed requirements across stakeholders, finding the best candidates, and evaluating the received service offers to ensure best execution and financial optimization of the project.
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project focusing on risks monitoring and transparent communication at all levels.
  • Support development process by interpretation and clarification of business, technical requirements and processes always keeping in mind and restating the target goals
  • Responsible for the final project documentation of the deliverable
  • Promote and ensure knowledge sharing with other stakeholders.

 

 

  • Requirements:
  • Mix of experience & competences between Finance, Project Management & Investment/M&As:
  • Big4 financial advisory or consultancy on M&A projects
  • Financial Manager in the real estate industry with hands-on experience in development projects, from initiation to delivery.
  • Project Manager experience, including the financial strategy & execution
  • Specific experience in investment strategy, covering evaluation of available funding sources, budgeting, financial projections & reporting.
  • Sound business knowledge and familiarity with project management methodology, concepts and processes in the domains of real estate : residential, commercial, industrial & green energy parks
  • Proven autonomy and perseverance to drive initiatives from business need to deliverables
