The Chief of Staff will act as a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to a senior principal, providing high-level support to drive clarity, coordination, and execution across diverse strategic and operational priorities. This role requires close involvement in high-level meetings, oversight of key action plans, and coordination across professional, personal, and organizational domains. The ideal candidate is highly discreet, strategic, and solutions-oriented, with strong executive presence and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-trust environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support & Advisory
- Act as a thought partner to the Principal in decision-making, strategy development, and problem-solving.
- Prepare briefings, meeting materials, and strategic updates ahead of important engagements.
- Ensure clarity and follow-through on key priorities and long-term objectives.
- Meeting & Engagement Oversight
- Accompany the Principal to key internal and external meetings.
- Capture insights, decisions, and action points; drive execution through relevant teams.
- Ensure all follow-ups are tracked and aligned with broader priorities.
- Project Management & Execution
- Lead or support the execution of special projects across business, philanthropic, or family-related initiatives.
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress and accountability.
- Executive Coordination & Communication
- Act as liaison between the Principal and key executives, family members, or advisors.
- Help manage calendar, information flow, and communication with clarity and discretion.
- Institutional Understanding & Sensitivity
- Build a deep understanding of the family's values, nuances, dynamics, and priorities.
- Help reinforce alignment and continuity across business, personal, and legacy goals.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, investment, executive support, or family office environments.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Proven experience working closely with senior leaders or principals.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
