The successful candidate will be involved in a combination of family office management, advisory and consulting services, and outsourced CFO functions across a diverse client portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Managing family office financial operations and reporting functions
- Providing strategic financial advisory and consulting services
- Acting as outsourced CFO to various businesses
- Assisting clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Improving financial processes, controls, and reporting structures
- Supporting business growth initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Completed SAICA articles
- Strong financial management and advisory experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Working Model
This is a hybrid role offering excellent flexibility:
- Office-based in Menlyn Maine on Mondays and Wednesdays
- Remote work for the remainder of the week
- Client visits as required
