About the client:

Client is a boutique investment bank based in Bangalore and they work closely with high-growth tech-enabled businesses and consumer brands to help raise capital between $15-250M, typically Series B onwards. They operate with the depth of a strategic advisor and the agility of a startup, and are known for sharp positioning,founder-first engagement, and execution ownership.


Job Roles and Responsibilities:


● Build and own relationships with family offices, HNIs, and smaller funds, creating a high-quality and active investor network relevant for bridge rounds

● Keep investors actively engaged and maintain strong relationships through targeted opportunity sharing, relevant insights, and periodic updates

● Support in closing the end-to-end execution of USD 2-10 Mn bridge rounds across sectors

● Match opportunities with the right investors based on cheque size, investment thesis, and appetite

● Drive investor conversations, manage diligence and queries, and push transactions toward closure

● Work closely with internal teams to identify companies requiring bridge capital at an early stage

● Pre-syndicate opportunities and build investor interest ahead of live mandates

● Ensure speed and efficiency in capital mobilisation for time-sensitive bridge requirements, track trends across family offices, HNIs, and emerging managers to refine outreach and targeting

● Build and maintain a dynamic investor tracker covering preferences, cheque sizes, past activity, and responsiveness

● Partner with deal teams to align investor strategy for relevant mandates

● Act as the bridge between internal deal teams and the investor ecosystem


Qualification and Experience:

 
  • 6-7 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, wealth management, or similar roles
  • Strong existing relationships with family offices, HNIs, and smaller funds
  • Ability to independently build, manage, and deepen investor relationships
  • Good understanding of investor behaviour, including cheque sizes, preferences, and decision timelines
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Prior experience working with or managing relationships across 5-6 family offices is good to have
