The position offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance bonus, equity consideration, excellent medical, and retirement plans.
The Deputy General Counsel will report to and work closely with the General Counsel and Associate Counsel over all aspects of legal activity affecting the company and itโs affiliated entities (including a newly launched RIA), relating to fiduciary matters and regulatory, employment, compliance and general corporate issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. | Advising on trust and fiduciary matters, including review of trust documents and prospective relationships and legal matters affecting fiduciary accounts. | |
2. | Working with outside counsel, client counsel and internal management on broad range of matters, including trust and fiduciary, investment/securities, real estate, litigation, employment, HR and regulatory issues. | |
3. | Participating in compliance and regulatory functions. | |
4. | Reviewing and drafting of corporate documents and analysis of corporate contracts and transactions. | |
5. | Participating in business development activities. | |
6. | Ad hoc responsibilities, as required. |

Base salary range: $180,000 - $300,000.
