Your team
As part of the Asia Wealth & Family Office Advisory (WFOA) you will join Family Office Solutions/Advisory (FOSA), which plays a key role in providing best-in-class innovative and bespoke solutions that cater to Asian family office clients as well as global families who wish to set up their Single Family Office (SFO). The team supports relationship managers, clients and prospects and helps to anchor and attract assets to the Bank.

The candidate will help the team with its client engagement activities, as well as marketing of the SFO offering including preparation of bespoke proposals, supporting regional roadshows to promote the offering, working on projects to identify and implement innovative and bespoke solutions, and identification of best-in-class service providers to connect with clients (e.g. system vendors, lawyers, healthcare, education, etc.). In addition, he/she shall support FOSA to be the link for RMs / clients to the bank’s Global Product & Solutions (GPS) capabilities.

YOUR CHALLENGE

During the programme, you will:

Stakeholder Management

  • Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
  • Help engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of expert services to our clients
  • Help coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders

Client Management (internal & external)

  • Help the team maintain regular consultation with Front representatives to identify client needs/demands and take appropriate measures to fulfil them, where relevant
  • Support the team in the preparation of Client meetings
  • Support the development and partnership process for innovative solutions to attract and anchor assets to the Bank
  • Support the team to provide an integrated client engagement and marketing of the Single Family Office Offering including regional roadshows to promote offering, propose innovation and bespoke solutions, connecting clients with best-in-class service providers (e.g. system vendors, lawyers, healthcare, education, relocation, etc.)
  • Support the team to become the link for RMs / clients to the bank’s Global Products & Solutions capabilities

Business Management

  • Support review of the function’s practices to help ensure efficiency and productivity at kept at optimal levels
  • Help monitor the products and services of competitors, keeping abreast of industry changes, service innovations and other developments which may impact the business
  • Provide inputs/updates for the various management committees
  • Support the development of initiatives and the maintenance and monitoring of existing projects where the team is the product owner

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or other relevant areas (graduation max. 12 months ago)
  • Initial practical experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Office, Asset Management may be preferred and with the ability to working well with multiple stakeholders, managing demanding projects, preparing PowerPoint proposals, developing new ideas and initiatives, and enjoying working with the Front within the bank as well as Clients
  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
  • Fluency in English and Chinese with additional languages being a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
