TRAVEL AND LIFESTYLE MANAGER FOR A FAMILY OFFICE, SAN JUAN, PR

A confidential family office seeks a detail oriented, proactive Travel and Lifestyle Manager to plan and execute complex global travel and deliver concierge level lifestyle support. The ideal professional is a rockstar in UHNW travel logistics who balances meticulous planning with real time problem solving, vendor relations, and high touch service. This on-site position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Seeking local candidates with connections in the travel world.

Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate end to end travel itineraries across Asia, Europe, and the United States
  • Anticipate family preferences and incorporate personalized touches into every trip
  • Coordinate private and commercial flights, hotels, villas, yachts, and ground transportation
  • Provide concierge services including dining reservations, event access, and cultural experiences
  • Align travel plans with personal and professional calendars to ensure seamless execution
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with global and local vendors
  • Build and manage travel and lifestyle budgets with transparency and cost efficiency
  • Travel with the family to provide direct, on the ground support as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and adapt plans to changing priorities
  • Maintain meticulous records, preferences, and post trip debriefs for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven track record planning travel and delivering concierge services for UHNW families
  • Seven or more years in luxury travel, hospitality, or private service roles
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow through
  • Comfortable traveling internationally with cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Thrives in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with additional languages and cultures a plus though not required
  • Must be based in Puerto Rico or willing to relocate with company support

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico (on site). Locals preferred, may consider relocation for outside Puerto Rico candidates

Travel and schedule: Domestic and international travel with the family as needed. Flexibility for extended travel days, evenings, weekends, and time zone shifts. Passport required upon start

Compensation and benefits: $150,000 to $165,000 (DOE) annually depending on experience. Benefits are not offered
