Job Description
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the Shareholder, family members, executive directors, and key employees.
- Coordinate visa applications and related immigration documentation when required.
- Manage the Shareholder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and special engagements.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and ad hoc assignments on behalf of the Shareholder.
- Organize luxury travel experiences, including private aviation, exclusive expeditions, bespoke itineraries, and high-end accommodations.
- Monitor travel logistics and provide 24/7 support during international travel to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Arrange medical travel, international health check-ups, and related healthcare appointments.
- Plan and coordinate both corporate and private events for the Shareholder and the Single Family Office (SFO).
- Manage the planning, procurement, and delivery of birthday and Christmas gifts for partners, employees, and family members on behalf of the Shareholder.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and business information.
