An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Team Assistant to join a busy Family Office, providing dedicated support to the principal, alongside the Director of the Family Office and the wider team.
This is a standalone position, separate from the Family Office's two-PA on-duty rota, focused on delivering seamless personal, project and administrative support. The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet and highly adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships across a fast-moving private environment.
The role offers significant variety, combining traditional private PA responsibilities with lifestyle management, project coordination, event support, research and international travel. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional support behind the scenes.
Hours: Full-time
Location: Hybrid, with regular office attendance required (location dependent on the Principal)
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience
Travel: Up to 45 days per year, including India and other international destinations

The Role
Working directly with the principal while supporting the Director of the Family Office and wider team, you will become a trusted extension of the Family Office, ensuring personal priorities, projects and day-to-day administration are managed efficiently and discreetly.
This role requires exceptional organisation, initiative and flexibility, with the confidence to manage a varied workload independently while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
