What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and implement tax strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals and family groups to optimise tax efficiency. 
  • Manage and review tax compliance obligations, including complex individual, trust and entity tax returns. 
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key adviser on tax, structuring and wealth matters. 
  • Provide advice across estate planning, succession and wealth preservation strategies. 
  • Identify and manage tax risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. 
  • Lead and coach junior team members, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative team culture. 
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry developments to provide practical, forward‑looking advice. 
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives, delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients. 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Significant experience in private client or family office tax, including advising high‑net‑worth individuals. 
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships. 
  • Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members. 
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
