As we continue to grow our PwC Private – Family Office team, we’re looking to connect with Managers who can advise high‑net‑worth individuals and family groups on complex tax and wealth matters, supporting privately owned businesses, family offices and entrepreneurial ventures.

What you’ll do: 

  • Design and deliver tax strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals and family groups. 
  • Manage and review complex compliance—individual, trust and entity returns. 
  • Build trusted client relationships and act as a go‑to adviser on tax, structuring and wealth. 
  • Advise on estate planning, succession and long‑term wealth preservation. 
  • Identify and manage tax risk, staying on top of legislation and regulatory requirements. 
  • Lead and coach junior team members, building capability and team culture. 
  • Keep ahead of legislative and industry changes to provide practical, forward‑looking advice. 
  • Support special projects and initiatives—delivering high‑quality client outcomes. 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Strong experience in private client or family office tax (high‑net‑worth advisory). 
  • Deep knowledge of Australian tax law and compliance. 
  • A track record of building and maintaining trusted client relationships. 
  • Confidence reviewing work and mentoring junior team members. 
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. 
  • Clear, concise communication—written and verbal.
