This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities 

  • Perform daily accounting functions including journal entries, AP, AR, payroll postings, and reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in accordance with US GAAP
  • Support family office accounting tasks such as investment postings, reconciliations, and preparation of capital statements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect, organize, and validate financial information for reporting
  • Provide documentation for audits and respond to information requests
  • Participate in the setup of accounting systems and processes for new clients
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn by supporting Seniors and Managers in special projects and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1+ years of accounting experience (internships or prior accounting roles preferred)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and US GAAP
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar)
• Exposure to multi-entity accounting or investment reporting systems a plus
• Preferred pursuing CPA or CMA certification
