SFO Sr Wealth Advisor/RM

Position Summary:
The Wealth Advisor is responsible for providing best-in-class comprehensive and integrated wealth management services within a multi-generational single-family office. The Wealth Advisor will act as a resource and primary point of contact to a select number of family member clients on all personal and business financial matters. Responsibilities include being the quarterback and providing advice across a wide array of wealth management subjects including investment allocation, cash management, asset acquisition and disposal, insurance planning, estate planning, trust management and tax matters.
Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on all financial matters, including:
o Asset Allocation
o Estate & Wealth Transfer Planning
o Income Tax Planning
o Expense Management & Financial Reporting
o Philanthropy & Legacy Planning
o Risk Management & Insurance Planning
o Trust Management & Administration
o Financial Education & Literacy
• Construct, review, and present meeting materials for assigned clients at financial review meetings
• Act as quarterback providing strategic advice on all aspects of the household, including specialized topics. Successfully delivering advice will require identifying and liaising with expert resources.
• Oversee and direct all client activity and services performed in the family office.
Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure quality, timely, and consistent
delivery of services. Ultimately responsible for ensuring clear communication among all teams in the office.
• Assess current company best practices to improve efficiencies
Qualifications and Experience:
• 10+ years working with UHNW individuals or families, including complex entity structures (trusts, partnerships, etc.)
• Direct experience managing client relationships
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate complex planning strategies to clients
• Prior experience in a Single Family Office (SFO) or Multi-Family Office (MFO) a plus
