This is a critical role managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, compliance, banking, and controls with close interaction with bankers, Big-4 firms, and investment advisors.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervision & finalisation of accounts
- Income tax compliance, assessments, appeals & tax planning
- Coordination with Big-4 firms, tax advisors & bankers
- Advance tax, TDS, and compliances
- Strengthening financial controls, MIS review & documentation
- Team leadership, mentoring & stakeholder communication
