This senior position sits within a specialist Global Family Office team, delivering personalised trust and company administration across complex, high-value structures, no timesheets, just relationship-driven service.

You’ll be working alongside senior leadership and client managers, acting as a trusted point of contact while ensuring best-in-class governance and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities will include:

• Administering bespoke structures including trusts, companies, foundations, PTCs and PCCs
  
• Collaborating with advisors and internal teams to meet evolving client needs
  
• Preparing minutes, authorising transactions, and reviewing financials with diligence
  
• Delivering seamless, high-touch client experience while managing risk
