This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and adaptable HR professional who enjoys both strategic involvement and hands-on execution across a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate brings broad HR experience and excels in fast-paced, evolving environments that require adaptability and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Translate business needs into HR strategic initiatives that align with company goals. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts, from posting to onboarding. 
  • Support and coordinate the implementation of HR initiatives and programs across the business. 
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other transactions. 
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, demographics, recruitment metrics). 
  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing and administration, including biweekly payroll, ROEs, year-end, benefit enrolment, and RRSP contributions. 
  • Support and guide the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans. 
  • Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture. 
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and employee relations matters. 


 Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources.  
  • CHRP designation preferred; PCP designation considered an asset. 
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate and fast-paced environment. 
  • Broad experience across HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, recruitment, compensation, and organizational development. 
  • Strong understanding of Ontario employment laws and regulations 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
