Senior Financial Accountant, Family Office

A Swiss family-owned investment group in the region of Lucerne is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to strengthen its finance team at headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss CO / Swiss GAAP FER.
  
• Prepare consolidated financial statements at group level.
  
• Develop and enhance controlling systems, including budgeting and forecasting.
  
• Support and coordinate financial aspects of ongoing real estate projects.
  
• Prepare direct and indirect tax returns for group entities.
  
• Support audit processes and represent other finance functions when required.
  
• Work closely with the CFO on financial and administrative matters.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration (HF, FH, or university) with a focus on finance/accounting, or federal certification in finance and accounting.
  
• 5–10 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, Swiss accounting standards, and Swiss taxation.
  
• Fluent in German; English and/or French is an advantage.
  
• Advanced Excel skills and strong IT proficiency; experience with Abacus and LucaNet is a plus.
  
• Precise, structured, and independent working style with high reliability and discretion.
  
• Team-oriented, loyal professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
