About the role
This DevOps Engineer will be part of a multidisciplinary pillar focused on product support and design, encompassing engineering architecture, full-stack development, AI-driven product innovation, and customer success. Being part of the innovation team that is responsible for building and maintaining scalable platforms that enable seamless operations across the organization’s diverse ventures.
This is a hands-on engineering position for a DevOps expert who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and implementing observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. The role also involves close collaboration with software engineers and product teams to embed DevOps and SRE best practices across the development lifecycle.
Additionally, the role involves architecting and managing infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation. Responsibilities include building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab), automating operational workflows, and managing Linux-based systems with a strong focus on performance and security. Furthermore, the role also includes deploying observability stacks (ELK, Loki, Prometheus, Grafana), scripting in Python or Go, and applying SRE principles to enhance system resilience while reducing operational toil.
About you
The ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and along with a proven track record in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools is required. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
The successful candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern DevOps tooling. Proficiency in managing Linux systems, scripting in Python or Go, and working with containerized environments is preferred. Strong experience with observability frameworks and a solid understanding of SRE methodologies are essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will be proactive in problem solving, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player.
