Together we challenge expectation and create extraordinary results. By shaping the conversation in our sectors, we enable our clients to unlock growth, protect innovation and accelerate ambition.
With 1200+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 28 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Private Client team, with the addition of a Senior Associate - Private Client (Advisory).
Our Private Client Advisory team is renowned for its work with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and family offices, advising on complex domestic and international matters. The team specialises in UK and cross-border tax and estate planning, succession strategies across generations, and the structuring of wealth through trusts, corporate entities, and family governance frameworks. Your day-to-day will include drafting Wills and managing estates, advising non-UK domiciled individuals, and overseeing trust administration and taxation. You’ll work on sophisticated wealth structuring solutions and support clients through evolving tax regimes, transparency requirements, and Court of Protection matters.
