About the Role:
A leading multi-family office is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Family Office Advisory team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a select group of ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering strategic advice across a range of complex financial matters. The Senior Associate will be instrumental in developing and executing holistic wealth strategies that span financial planning, investments, tax, and estate considerations.
This is a client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, a passion for excellence, and the ability to foster strong, trust-based relationships. The successful candidate will embody the firm’s values of integrity, discretion, and long-term thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families, often leading key aspects of the client experience.
- Deliver comprehensive planning services including wealth, tax, and investment strategy, customized to client goals.
- Liaise with external advisors such as accountants, legal counsel, investment managers, and insurance professionals.
- Prepare and present personalized financial reports, portfolio insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee and coordinate financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting deliverables.
- Monitor portfolio and market developments to provide relevant updates and context to clients.
- Support internal education and thought leadership initiatives, contributing to the firm’s technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- CPA or CFA designation with 3+ years of post-designation experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in investment management or tax planning (ideally both).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-trust client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
- Proven project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly analytical and solution-oriented; able to identify and resolve client issues proactively.
- Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative — a team player with leadership potential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial software or CRM systems is a plus.
Education:
