Make an impact with our Family Office Services team as a Senior Analyst. The MNP Family Office Services team is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that works with clients to help them understand the evolution of their wealth and determine the right strategies to achieve their objectives. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be supporting various financial planning and analysis processes for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, business owners, and professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial plans and strategies for High Net Worth (HNW) clients 
  • Working with professionals across service lines to coordinate on projects; communicate information and deliver reports as required 
  • Assisting in process improvement exercises and maintaining current versions of deliverables, templates, and filing systems

Skills and Experience

  • Enrolled in or completed CFP curriculum, with keen interest in a career in high-net-worth wealth planning & advisory 
  • 2-4 years of experience in a personal finance-related role; ideally a role that involves one or more of the below:  
    • Using financial planning software to create financial plans that were expected to be presented to clients by you or a colleague 
    • Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning advice 
    • Sale of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual funds 
    • Accounting-related work experience 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word 
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, WealthPath, Planworth or equivalent) is preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to details and a willingness to work independently 
  • Strong time management skills and able to work across multiple projects concurrently

The annual salary range for this position is: CA$75,000 - $95,000. Compensation is determined based on individual skills and relevant experience.
