We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a boutique wealth management and family office environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys being the trusted point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience.
Key duties
- Act as the primary contact for all non-advice related client matters
- Manage investment administration, task coordination and client communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve client and operational issues efficiently
- Ensure workflows are followed, tasks are completed and feedback is provided
- Handle FICA documentation and tax clearance applications
- Coordinate family office activities with internal teams, providers and professional partners
- Prepare client meeting packs, schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Perform quality control on client communications, proposals and meeting minutes
- Deliver all required client documentation, including statements and confirmations
- Support marketing initiatives, including client events, communications and social media activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records and system reporting
Key requirements
- Minimum of three yearsβ experience in a client support or relationship role within wealth management
- Sound understanding of investment products and financial services processes
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High levels of emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and collaborate effectively
- A driven, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to client service excellence
