We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a boutique wealth management and family office environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys being the trusted point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience.

Key duties

  • Act as the primary contact for all non-advice related client matters
  • Manage investment administration, task coordination and client communication
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client and operational issues efficiently
  • Ensure workflows are followed, tasks are completed and feedback is provided
  • Handle FICA documentation and tax clearance applications
  • Coordinate family office activities with internal teams, providers and professional partners
  • Prepare client meeting packs, schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
  • Perform quality control on client communications, proposals and meeting minutes
  • Deliver all required client documentation, including statements and confirmations
  • Support marketing initiatives, including client events, communications and social media activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and system reporting

Key requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a client support or relationship role within wealth management
  • Sound understanding of investment products and financial services processes
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and collaborate effectively
  • A driven, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to client service excellence
