About the role:
This is a varied Reception role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Facilitation and coordination of postal deliveries and supplies
- Management of records of on-site contractors and liaising with them where necessary
- Organisation and set up of meeting rooms (including refreshments and/or lunch)
- Diary, inbox and calendar management
- Management of an up-to-date events log
- Answering the reception telephone in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinating external and internal events
- Assisting in-house chef with her diary, expenses and menus
- Assisting Operations Manager with checking invoices, filing and any ad-hoc tasks
Candidate specification:
- Hospitality experience is key
- Time management and organisation
- The ability to manage the peaks and troughs of workload
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Additional information:
- 9am - 5pm
- Lunch break of 1 hour
- 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
