About the role:

This is a varied Reception role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Meeting and greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Facilitation and coordination of postal deliveries and supplies
  • Management of records of on-site contractors and liaising with them where necessary
  • Organisation and set up of meeting rooms (including refreshments and/or lunch)
  • Diary, inbox and calendar management
  • Management of an up-to-date events log
  • Answering the reception telephone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Coordinating external and internal events
  • Assisting in-house chef with her diary, expenses and menus
  • Assisting Operations Manager with checking invoices, filing and any ad-hoc tasks

Candidate specification:

  • Hospitality experience is key
  • Time management and organisation
  • The ability to manage the peaks and troughs of workload
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

Additional information:

  • 9am - 5pm
  • Lunch break of 1 hour
  • 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
