Description

  • Reporting to the Director of Assets, you will be part of a four-person team and responsible for managing the group's real estate asset portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on asset acquisition, management, and marketing, and you will also be involved in the areas of research, projects, and construction.
  • You will manage investment processes, leading negotiations with potential sellers and interacting with the advisors involved.
  • You will conduct preliminary technical and economic feasibility studies for real estate assets and collaborate in the development of investment proposals and their presentation to the Management Committee.
  • You will monitor the portfolio, analyzing the profitability of rental assets, leading lease negotiations with relevant tenants, supervising partner facility companies, and ensuring the portfolio's occupancy rate is maximized.
  • You will manage the marketing of assets for sale, with the help of consulting firms and partner agencies specialized in each type of asset.
  • You will conduct market research and identify relevant trends to propose for inclusion in the group's investment strategy.
  • You will support the legal department in the process of formalizing purchases, leases, and sales.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

  • University degree (Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate Management or similar).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience performing related tasks in real estate asset management in asset management companies, real estate consulting firms, asset management companies, service providers, developers, or similar.
  • Experience required in raising and marketing real estate assets.
  • Experience in financial analysis of real estate assets will be valued positively.
  • Urban planning and technical knowledge in the field of facility management will be highly valued.
  • Experience with ESG policies and collaborative tools will be valued.
  • High level of Office package (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and OneNote).
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and database tools.
  • Residence or availability to change residence to Barcelona or the surrounding area.
  • Bilingual Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
  • English at least at level B2 with fluent conversation skills.
