Project Accounting Manager

Our client, a boutique investment firm and private, high-net-worth family office is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join their strong, close-knit accounting team. This firm is well established, and you would be at the forefront of a unique industry.

This role will be fully on-site (5x/week) and based in Manhattan.

About the role and your impact:

• Property/project-level review of accounting data
• Financial statement preparation
• Budgeting and expense analysis
• Annual audit and tax support
• Additional duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate, construction, and/or high-net worth family office
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
