Role Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive probate and estate administration matters from instruction to completion
- Work with wealthy individuals, family offices, and financial institutions
- Draft critical legal documents (wills, oaths, inheritance tax forms, estate accounts)
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, executors, financial institutions, HMRC, and Probate Registry
- Provide clear, empathetic professional advice
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance
- Monitor case progress and maintain meticulous records
- Support strategic business development initiatives
Key Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven probate and estate administration background
- Comprehensive knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, estate accounting
- Optional: Professional qualification (CILEx, STEP)
- Preferred: Private client department experience
